How often do we meet for coaching sessions, and what is the time commitment?
Coaching sessions typically occur weekly or bi-weekly, online of Face to Face, depending on your preferences and availability, with each session lasting approximately 50 – 60 minutes to ensure ample time for meaningful exploration and progress.

Coaching is an investment in your future and well-being. I have flexible packages, but the first 30 minute session is always free and in that session we will discuss your investment. The return on investment, however, always outweighs the initial cost, as coaching can lead to significant personal and professional growth.

It’s natural to have doubts, but many clients find that coaching offers valuable insights, accountability, and support they hadn’t anticipated. Consider trying a few sessions to experience the benefits firsthand before making a judgment.
How long will it take?

Not all coaching experiences are the same. Take the time to find a coach whose approach resonates with you and who has positive testimonials or references from past clients. The right coach for you may not be me, however, your first 30-minute session is free, so you have nothing to lose.
I am embarrassed, will you be judging me?
A good coach practices non-judgmental listening and creates a judgment-free space for exploration and growth. You can expect empathy, understanding, and acceptance from me without judgment.
Do you offer online coaching?
Online coaching is the most common nowadays and I am happy to help you using Zoom for the coaching sessions. However, I find one on one sessions at my office in Strand near Cape Town to be more effective. The first 30 minute free introductory session is always online.
