Is This It?

Most of the people I talk to haven’t failed at anything. They’ve built the career, raised the family, and done everything they were supposed to do. And somewhere along the way a quiet question shows up: Is this it?

I know that question, because I’ve lived the answer. I’ve had four or five careers — corporate director, entrepreneur, a speaker on stages across the world, and now, in my seventies, a world traveller and novelist. I’m not here to run you through exercises. I’m here to think alongside you — as someone who walked into the second half and found it to be the best part.

Who Is This For?

This is for people at a crossroads in the second half of life. Not because anything is broken — because something is ready to change. If you’re weighing what comes next and you’d value the perspective of someone who’s been round the track a few times, we should talk.

DEPTH OF EXPERIENCE

Over the years I’ve written more than twenty books on business and motivation, been inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame, and been made an Honorary Member of the Professional Speakers Association of Southern Africa. I’ve climbed Kilimanjaro, driven from London to Cape Town and back, worked at Buckingham Palace, and raised seven children in a blended family. These days I write novels.

I mention all this for one reason: when we talk, you’re drawing on a long, wide, well-travelled life — not a manual.

WHAT THE CONVERSATION IS

I take on a small number of people at a time, because this works best as a real relationship rather than a booking. We talk regularly, online, wherever you are in the world. There’s no fixed programme and no script — we start with what’s actually on your mind, and we go from there.

Ongoing counsel begins at US$500 a month. That said, I’ve reached a point in life where this is about the people, not the fee — if the fit is right and the number is genuinely out of reach, tell me, and we’ll find a way.
