Personal sales training conducted by Richard Mulvey, one of South Africa's leading Sales Trainers, at your premises without breaking into your training budget.
The way it works is simple:
- You start by having a sales consultation with Richard telephonically or face to face, where your sales challenges are discussed. We will then construct a sales training course that focuses on your sales challenges and your industry. We will agree an appropriate date for the training that fits in with your working schedule
- In advance of the training you will pay 50% of Richard's usual fee.
- At the end of the course this 50% will be refunded if the delegates consider the sales training to be a waste of time.
- For the next four weeks we will be in regular contact with your sales team via e-mail with sales coaching video clips to encourage them to apply the skills learnt. During this four weeks your team will also be encouraged to raise sales challenges they may have and Richard will help with suggestions and solutions.
- It is important that the sales manager attends the training and is prepared to support and encourage the sales team to use their new skills.
- Four weeks after the training you will pay the rest of the fee out of the extra profit from the additional sales your team have made. If your sales have not increased you will not pay the rest of the fee.
In short... If your sales don't increase from the training we provide you don't have to pay for it. If the sales have increased, the training fee will be paid for by the increased profit. Either way the training is FREE.
