Together with my management colleagues, I've attended a number of Richards training courses and have seen incredible changes in these people's attitudes towards their work and towards internal and external Customers. Richard's books we bought are as structured as his teachings, small and concise, and making the key elements come to life. Each of his books is a "must have" for any business, a refresher course in a nutshell. 

Richard's training DVD's we bought are based on his actual teaching style and very effective indeed.  This is a fantastic tool to use as a refresher course as well as to revisit the principles just before the business strategic planning session each year, giving management a glimpse of what is required to place and keep the business on the cutting edge. 

These are my experiences with Business-Skills and Richard's teachings and in comparison with many other management teachings I've experienced, his style is clearly unique and very effective.
