| Management Breakfast Workshops |
|
The Management Breakfast Workshops are a series of ten, 2 hour management training sessions that go together to make a training course for middle, and junior management. Each month we will explore a different element of management techniques uncovering important issues and making suggestions that will help your team develop their skills. Each month your management team will come away with new ideas to implement in your business, developing, by the end of the course, a complete understanding of the soft skills involved in management.
The Workshops are from 07:30 to
09:30 and include a good breakfast and presentation on the issues covered with
plenty of time allocated for questions. At the end of workshop each delegate
will receive a free DVD of the training to review at their own pace and to
re-enforce the message. In addition, the notes for the information covered will
be available on the web site.
The ten subjects covered in the course are as follows: · February – Time Management · March – Better Communication · April – Stress Management · May – The Will to Win / Motivating your team · June – Managing Meetings · July – Change Management · August – Memory Management · September – Body Language in Business · October – Decisions and how to make them · November – Negotiation for Managers
The same breakfast workshops will run each year so people can start in the middle of the year and still complete the course by the middle of the next year. Individuals attending the course can do so at their own pace. Attending five seminars this year and five next will still qualify you for a certificate and people who have already attended some of these sessions in the past, need only to attend the others to complete the course.
