I am a retired university professor, chaired the department of psychology at the Rand Afrikaans University (now the University of Johannesburg) and also held a teaching and research position at the University of Ottawa in Canada. In this context I regret not having discovered your set of DVD’s earlier because it could have been of tremendous assistance over the years. 

Fortunately Adriaan Kloppers recently brought them to my attention, we acquired most of them and during the past few months we have embarked on a process of showing them and discussing the implications in groups of approximately 8 to 10 people.  The results were very encouraging and all the participants urged us to continue with the process.  I have personally found the motivational, performance enhancing, communication and stress management ones very exciting and useful and there have been numerous requests to have repeat sessions. I have a long range goal in mind to embark on a gradual process of change management whereby the organisation culture will be subtly but definitely shifted in a more “caring” and people oriented direction.  The organisation is known for its goal and task directed orientation but I am personally of the opinion that the end result of moving in a more people oriented direction will complement the task orientation of management  and ultimately enhance results.  To this end I am of the opinion that your set of motivational DVD’s could become an integral part of such a process.  Our representatives in particular have reaped success after being exposed to some of the issues in your DVD’s aimed at enhancing results in the process of selling to the customer and “keeping them forever”.
